Registration Details
Registration fees are in US dollars and include all coffee breaks, participation in all panel sessions and the Cultural Show on June 20, at 7:00 pm in SUA.
The Conference Banquet June 20, in the Art Gallery, Founders Hall is an additional charge. Delegates are encouraged to sign up early as space may be limited.
Banquet Speaker: Dr. Robert Heffner, AAS Chair
All participants are responsible for purchasing their own lunches from SUA Cafeteria at a subsidized rate.
Registration Fees for ASPAC 2009
General Registration (until June 15, 2009) - $ 75.00
Student Registration (until June 15, 2009) - $ 20.00
ASPAC 2009 Banquet (until June 15, 2009) - $ 35.00 for conference registrants
Late General Registration (after June 15, 2009) - $100.00
Late Student Registration (after June 15, 2009) - $ 25.00
Late Banquet Registration (after June 15, 2009) $40.00 - to all.
Subsidized Banquet fee for Students is $20.00 – please inform tanagandhi@yahoo.com by June 16, 2009. To make the banquet registration – (number of People), payable only by check or cash at SUA
Deadline for Banquet Registration is June 16, 2009
